Earned Confidence
Real confidence comes from doing hard things and surviving them. Every class gives your child small, winnable challenges that compound over time — not participation trophies.
Age-split classes that build confidence, discipline, and real physical skills. No screens, no phones, no dead time — just 45 minutes of focused movement with coaches who actually know kids.
Kids Class / Unit B
Real confidence comes from doing hard things and surviving them. Every class gives your child small, winnable challenges that compound over time — not participation trophies.
Structured drilling and technique work build self-discipline and attention span. Kids learn to manage frustration, follow instructions, and stay on task — the same skills that drive success in school.
Respect isn't a poster on the wall — it's how you shake a partner's hand, how you listen when coach is talking, how you tap when it's tight. Our students practice it every single class.
Rolling is chess with your body. Kids learn to stay calm, read a situation, and pick the best option in the moment. That's a skill that transfers to every hard conversation or tough test they'll face.
45 minutes of real physical engagement — climbing, grappling, laughing, sweating — in a room with other kids their age. You will notice the difference in their sleep and their mood the same week.
Belts, stripes, and new techniques give kids a concrete ladder to climb. Every small milestone teaches them how to set a goal, work for it, and enjoy the result — a skill most adults still struggle with.
Most martial arts teach kids to hit things. Jiu-Jitsu teaches them to not hit things — to stay calm, think clearly, and use leverage instead of aggression. It's why the art produces kids who are quietly capable, not twitchy or showy.
On the mat, everyone gets tapped. Kids learn to lose gracefully, celebrate their partners' wins, and understand that growth comes from the struggle, not around it. That's a lesson that's nearly impossible to teach any other way.
Try a Free Class
No long-term contracts. Your child's first class is free, and you'll watch every minute of it from the lobby before you make any decision.
Bring your child 10 minutes early in comfortable clothes. They'll take a real class with their age group while you watch from the side. No pressure to sign up after.
Classes are split by age so 5-year-olds aren't grappling with 11-year-olds. We cap class size to keep coach attention high and chaos low.
Siblings train at a reduced rate. Parents who train alongside their kids get a household discount, too. Ask us when you come in.
If your child's schedule changes — sports season, school, anything — pause or cancel with 30 days notice. No fees, no fight.
Current monthly rates are walked through in person on your child's free trial so you can ask anything before committing.
"Literally can't say enough good things about this gym. I have an 8 and 6 year old in two different classes. The purple belts that run the kids programs are amazing at keeping the kids' attention and teaching them respect, all while learning Jiu-Jitsu. My kids leave tired and happy — it truly fills their self-esteem being able to apply themselves on the mat."
Confidence, discipline, real physical skill — it all starts with a single class. No contract, no pressure, and we'll answer every question a parent tends to ask.
