Two 5-day camps for ages 7-13 — July 6 to 10 and August 3 to 7. Real Jiu-Jitsu instruction, live drills, lunch and park time, anti-bullying lessons, and live rolls. Spots are limited.

10P Tigard has been such a great experience for me thus far. From the coaches to the people training, everyone has welcomed me with open arms.
